Refreshing Shrimp Ceviche: A Flavorful Seafood Delight
Ingredients:
- 3 Lbs. clean shrimp
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 tsp. Maggi juice
- Juice of 15 to 18 green lemons
- 1/2 large onion or 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 4 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 to 4 serrano chiles
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large avocado
- Salsa México Lindo of your choice: 7 Mares, Habanero Verde, Habanero Rojo o Salsa Negra.
Preparation:
- Wash and clean the shrimp thoroughly
- Finely chop the shrimp and set aside.
- Press all the lemons and reserve some of the juice to use in the blender mixture.
- In a bowl place the shrimp along with the lemon juice, mix and season with salt and pepper. Marinate for at least two hours to allow the shrimp to cook in the lemon. Let it rest in the refrigerator.
- In a blender, blend peeled and chopped cucumber, seeds and all, along with the garlic, serrano chiles, cilantro, lime juice and a teaspoon of Maggi juice.
- Blend perfectly and set aside.
- After the time is up, remove the shrimp from the refrigerator and drain the lime juice.
- Mix with the sauce you prepared in the blender and add finely diced tomato, onion and peeled and seeded cucumber.
- Incorporate the ingredients well.
- Add Salsa Mexico Lindo of your choice: 7 Mares, Habanero Verde, Habanero Rojo or Salsa Negra Picante.
Serve with avocado and some tostadas!
