STEAK SANDWICH

Juicy Steak Sandwiches are just what you’re craving this summer.

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • NY Strip Steak
  • 1 Onion, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Baguette or Ciabatta Bread
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 3 tbsp Mayo
  • Garlic Powder
  • Meat seasoning (of your choice) 
  • Arugula

Directions:

For the onion spread:
In a saucepan add 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté all the sliced onion. Once it’s caramelized, add the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Reserve.

For the sauce:
Add into a bowl the horseradish, mayo, garlic powder and meat seasoning. Mix all ingredients and check for taste. Reserve.

For the meat:
Rub the NY strip steak with olive oil and meat seasoning of your choice. Cook it until you reach at least 145F. Once it’s done, let it rest

Cut your bread in half, add olive oil and toast them on the grill or in the oven.

To assembly the sandwich:
Spread the mayo mix, add some arugula, your sliced meat and the balsamic onion, more mayo mix and cut it in half. These are so good! Give them a try!
