A smoky, crispy, creamy bite packed with bold flavor.
Ingredients:
- 10 fresh jalapeños
- ½ lb chopped FUD TURKEY Ham
- ½ lb thin-sliced bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can diced tomatoes & green chiles, drained
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds. Drain tomatoes and green chiles well, then mix with cream cheese, add FUD TURKEY HAM, salt, and pepper. Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture, and wrap with bacon.
- Place poppers on the cooler side of the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 1 hour, or until bacon is crispy reaches 160°F.
