It’s not summer without a juicy, tasty, homemade burger. Here are two ways make them yourself end enjoy.


Traditional Bacon Cheeseburgers
  • 4 lean ground beef patties
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Borden Grilled Cheese Melts
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked

Onion and bacon Jam Cheese Burgers
  • 4 lean ground beef patties
  • 1 sliced white onion
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Borden Grilled Cheese Melts
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped.


Traditional Bacon Cheeseburgers
  1. Broil or grill over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature should be 160degrees F) 
  2. Toast buns on the grill, open side down, about 30 seconds. 
  3. Place one or two slices of Borden Grilled Cheese Melts for 15 seconds on cooked beef patties. Add the bacon slices to each burger.
  4. Serve burgers on toasted buns with desired toppings and condiments.
