
Light, Crispy, and Packed with Protein: Try These Tuna Cakes!
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of TUNY® tuna in water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsp. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 diced white onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation:
1. Drain the tuna and place it into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and, using your hands, gently mix to combine. (If it seems too squishy, add a little more breadcrumbs to the mix)
3. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
4. Form the mixture into patties and place in the air fryer tray.
5. Cook at 375 degrees F. for 12 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark.
6. Serve immediately
