Simply Fresh. Perfectly Portable
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ Tsp salt
- ¼ Tsp black pepper
- ½ Cup Caesar dressing
- 2 romaine hearts, chopped
- ¼ Cup croutons
- ¼ Cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Preparation:
1. Add chicken, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl. Toss until coated.
2. Preheat a large grill pan over a medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. In 3 mason jars, evenly layer the Caesar dressing, sliced chicken, romaine, croutons, and shredded parmesan. You could also pour the dressing into individual dressing containers.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
