BLUEBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries no need to thaw
- 2 large fresh or frozen bananas no need to thaw
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ice if using fresh fruits
STRAWBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE
- 2 ripe bananas peeled and frozen
- 2 cup fresh strawberries or frozen
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Ice* optional
Preparation:
BLUEBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. (1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 2 large fresh or frozen bananas, 1 1/2 cups milk of choice, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and ice if using)
Process until smooth.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
STRAWBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE
Add all the above ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until it is smooth and creamy.
Pour into 2 cups, top with sliced strawberries and enjoy!
