recipes from our Recipe Corner - it takes LESS THAN 30 minutes,
it's easy to make and it's delicious! What are some of your
favorite quick and easy meals to make?
Crunchy Baked Chicken Breasts
Cook: 25 minutes
4 medium-size skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1½
1¼ cups panko bread crumbs*
2 tablespoons seasoning (Emeril's Original Essence)
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large baking sheet with non-stick
