2012-01-20_1As we've mentioned a few times this month, this month marks our famous Meat Month at our local Fiesta grocery stores.

Not only is meat a big part of many of your meals, it's a huge source of protein and other nutritional values your body needs (of course there are supplements that vegetarians can take to still get the daily doses, etc.).

We recently ran across this great blog post on the New Hope 360 blog titled, Are You Protein Deficient? which talks about the signs and symptoms of lacking the proper amount of protein. If you think you may be in danger of being protein deficient, we strongly recommend reading this article as well as contacting a physician.
