It's a pretty common problem these days - sleep. For those of you that fall asleep quickly and stay asleep, I applaud you. The numbers are on the rise for insomniacs - not just folks who can't fall asleep, but ones that wake up every hour, or who awaken stressed with tomorrow's to-do list. It has become quite a problem.

Many people rely on home remedies (reading before bed, drinking warm milk, etc.). Others visit a doctor and get on prescription medicines. Others just avoid it in general. But there are some foods that have been scientifically proven to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Here is an article from EatingWell.com and the 9 foods they recommend to help.

The first two recommended foods are fish and jasmine rice.
